Polite English - Business appointments

You know that moment when you have to make plans a with business contact or a colleague in English?

In Brazilian culture - and I bet in other cultures too! - we often use imperatives when making plans with people. We will say things like: "call me tomorrow", "revise this and send to me", "tell me your phone number" and it doesn't sound at all rude to us. Well, in English, especially if you don't know your counterpart well, you might sound impolite and even aggessive.

Indirect questions are a great solution to that problem:
