What verb form should I use in a CV?

A very common doubt a lot of people have while writing a CV is which verb form to use when describing their present and past experience.

Should I write 'to work', 'work', 'works ou 'worked'?

1) Past experience:
Make a list of tasks, beginning every item with a verb in the past. For instance:

-worked in sales
-assisted customers
-managed staff.

It is NOT necessary to add "I" and you are best off making a list instead of writing a little story.

1) Present experience:

When talking about what you currently do, make a list of tasks, beginning every item with a verb in the present.

For instance:
-work in sales
-assist customers
-manage staff

Do NOT talk about yourself in the third person (adding 's' to the verbs).
Do NOT add ing to verbs.

When talking about past projects, make a list of tasks, beginning every item with a verb in the past.
-worked in sales
-assisted customers
-managed staff
