Terms and conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start your lessons. The rules can not be adapted to suit your preferences or circumstances. The Teacher will notify you of any changes 30 days in advance via email.
1. Your lessons
Only the student specified in this form may participate in the lessons. Lachesis Braick (The Teacherr) will teach all your lessons, which may have two formats:
a. interactive You will engage with the teacher in real-time via Zoom Meetings on the days and times agreed;
b. e-classes If you can't attend a lesson and can't reschedule, the teacher will create video lessons for you.
You must notify the teacher you won't make it before the time of the lesson.
2. Material and privacy
The course material will be shared free of charge via Google Classroom and will be available until the date of the last class. The content shared with you is subject to copyright. It may be copied, reproduced, or shared by the teacher at any time. However, you must require express permission to do the same.
3. Your class days and times
The teacher will send you a link with all your reservations. You may change a lesson if there is availability.
4. Changing a lesson
If there are free slots, you may use the online schedule to change the day/time of your lessons. There are four rules: a. you have to make the request 24 hours before the lesson; b. you can only be rescheduled to 15 days in the future; c. the only times available are the ones offered via the link. d. you can only reschedule a lesson once.
5. Refunds
If the teacher is not available for a lesson you can choose to reschedule or get a refund.
If you are busy and can't attend a lesson independently of the reason, you will not receive a refund. Instead, the teacher will post an e-class for you.
No show
If you can't have class and would like an Eclass, you must tell the teacher before the time the class is scheduled to start. You will not receive an Eclass or a refund if you leave the teacher waiting.
National holidays
If any of the date (s) you hire is a national holiday (s) the teacher will post E-classes that you can reschedule to another date if you want an interactive class.
6. Course fees and payment
The teacher will send you an invoice every first day of the month.
7. Termination
You may cancel the course at any time, but you must do so in writing; not attending your lessons does not cancel the course.
The cancelation will be effective on the first day of the following month.
You need to tell the teacher you want to cancel the course before the first day of the month.
You will not be able to reschedule lessons or get a refund for lessons you did not attend after you cancel the course.
